Humphrey Fellow from Sri Lanka, presents findings from a multi-year, multi-country study about use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), specifically mobile phones, among the region's Bottom of the Pyramid. While a research fellow at LIRNEasia, she worked on this ambitious research project. This will be a fact-rich presentation, with lots of implications for development policies and programs in SE Asia and beyond.
