Due to lots of inquiries from Change members, I thought I'd send out more info for those that are interested in the course. The seminar is "*BA 545: Global Business Forum: Current Issues in Global Business*" (1 unit seminar/speaker series). Historically the GBF focuses on a global "region" each quarter, for example recent quarters were "Europe", "Brazil", etc. The speaker series focuses on international business issues, inviting executives from private sector companies and non-profit organizations to share their perspective on working in a global business environment. From what I've heard, next quarter changes things up with a Global Health and International Development focus for speakers. development/global health books for a seminar/course for MBAs that's being offered in the winter. Given that the audience may or may not have a background in the field, are there particular overview/introductory texts that Change folks would recommend?
