Dear Moderator, I hope this message finds you well. PATH is seeking a *Technical Program Manager* to join our Global Health Securities team in Hanoi, Vietnam. PATH is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Digital Health Solutions team in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Technical Program Manager is a blend of hands-on systems analyst, methodology developer, and teacher/mentor requiring applied skills in systems thinking, learning systems, systems analysis, and multicultural group facilitation. The *Technical Program Manager* will guide implementation of sustainable solutions for Vietnam’s Global Health Security priorities and scalable health information systems in general. His/her her job will be to work with the PATH country leader to develop a digital health strategy to support the many health information system aspects of GHSP, the PATH Vietnam/Mekong program, and provide regional coordination of digital health activities and their implementation working closely with PATH’s programmatic, Measurement & Evaluation, and Information Technology (IT) groups. The person in this role will act as a liaison with PATH’s Digital Health and Information Technology teams, bridging local ICT needs and global solutions. This role acts as a champion for global ICT solutions implemented in the country, and will often act in cooperation with local IT staff. I have included the job summary (attached).
