Launched initially in Western Kenya, we are looking to make two key hires. 1. *Vice President of Growth* - you are an entrepreneurial go getter with previous start-up experience who can scale mPango’s user base regionally, nationally and internationally in the next 2–3 years, and build mPango into the world’s most trusted brand for family planning services. 2. *Technology Director* – you are an entrepreneurial go getter with previous start-up experience who can lead a top notch engineering team to execute on mPango’s product vision by designing, architecting, and building out mPango’s product offerings and enable the service to scale regionally, nationally and internationally in the next 2-3 years. Both key positions will be supported by senior advisors at Population Council, Duke University, and the CTO of TinyURL. Each of these positions is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership role at an early stage startup. Both positions will start on contract with Population Council in Nairobi. Upon successful completion of key milestones in the coming months each hire will transition to a full-time salaried senior leadership role with the promise of significant equity.
