This colloquium will cover a variety of topics from the field of Public Health Informatics including: surveillance, communicable disease, case reporting, registries, chronic disease, electronic laboratory reporting, health information exchange, alerting, the intersection of public health and clinical care, interoperability, meaningful use and population health as well as public health-provider communication and more.
