I am writing to tell you that this year IPID symposium: the Annual Conference of the International Network for Postgraduate Students in the Area of ICT4D will be held in Lugano, at my university from 12 to 13 of September. Usually around 30-40 postgrad. students participate in this event, which I always find very useful to share ideas and problems in a friendly and encouraging environment. Participants come mainly from Europe and developing countries, but US participation is not very rich yet. If you have the chance to come, and to disseminate it among your contacts, I think it is a great opportunity to connect postgraduate students from all over the world interested in ICT4D themes.
