My colleague, Paula Bock, and I just published this report on Myanmar called "Mobilizing Myanmar: A Smartphone Revolution Connects the Poor with Economic Opportunities". 

It is to highlight the opportunities my country holds in the Digital Financial Services industry.   As an advisor to the government of Myanmar, I have been working on deregulating the telecommunications industry and enabling the mobile financial services industry for my homeland since mid-2012.   As some of you may know, we were third least connected country in the world back in 2012, but now we are one of the fastest growing mobile-first mobile-only countries in the world.
