·         Data Science Team

o   Statistical Analyst: This person will be a stats guru who has experience running models, preferably Bayesian meta-analyses. We want them to be willing to code articles (roll up their sleeves) but also willing to clean, create, and analyze data sets based on our article coding. This person will have more stats experience than the Technical Research Analyst, but likely less experience than Randy J

·         Product Development

o   Sr. Software Engineer: This person will help us build out and manage our database. So someone with lots of programming experience, who is interested in social impact, who can successfully build systems, who is interested in helping develop products related to the system, and who can work in an entrepreneurial environment.
