The Kenya Research Program would like to re-design our website
(http://www.kenyaresearchgroup.org/ ).  We have put out a Request for Proposal to
commercial developers and have not had much luck in finding someone who can do the
work for our limited budget.  I have attached our Request for Proposal.  Do you know
of a student in your program who would be interested and capable of performing this
