There is a group in India called Social Cops that have a platform for collecting civic feedback and delivering to governments and neighborhood councils. They are students, and they won the ICT prize at this year’s Global Social Entrepreneurship Competition here at the UW in February. I’ll be sharing more about that competition soon – it would be great if you could all help spread the word about it to your networks!

This is a project titled "Citizen Feedback Model" being run the Government of Punjab in Pakistan. Punjab is the biggest province in Pakistan. The government has hired a 3rd party call center that sends SMS and calls to clients of government healthcare facilities to get feedback about the quality of service delivery.
