I thought some of you might want to review and comment on a new short note on how to evaluate the impact of ICT programs by the Open Development Technology Alliance (ODTA), in collaboration with the World Bank's OPCS' Governance and Anticorruption Team (GAC) and the Social Development Network (SDV). There are also other calls for feedback about ICTs and development.
