Dear Heather,
I am pleased to inform that you have been invited to the Association for Computing Machinery’s (ACM) Awards Banquet, where you will be recognized as the First Place Graduate winner in the ACM Student Research Competition Grand Finals for 2013.
The Awards Banquet will take place at the Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, California on Saturday, June 15, 2013 (6:00pm – 10:00pm).
Please provide your advisor’s name and contact information as they will be invited to attend as well.
You are responsible for arranging your travel; ACM will handle your hotel reservations.
