Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead to architect new features
- Write code of the highest quality with proper object-oriented design and unit tests
- Mentor other developers in your team
Desirable:
- Experience with multiple programming paradigms like OOP, Functional Programming.
- Experience with Design Patterns
- Experience in TDD
- Good communicator and writer. Write a blog, takes sessions at conferences/internally.
- Contribute to opensource projects. Can encourage us to open source our code.
- Fit into our culture.
