Dear Colleagues,
We need your participation in a survey about global health. (If you are not responsible for any global health projects, I encourage you to forward this survey to your most appropriate team member.) The information you provide will help us raise the visibility of the great work you’re doing so that it’s easier for potential partners, funders and others outside the University to discover.
With your help, this survey will collect data on global health activities across the University — providing us with a single source for the work being done on global health at the UW. In addition to our uses for the information, the survey results will be shared with the Washington Global Health Alliance (WGHA) and the Seattle Office of Economic Development to help them establish the Puget Sound region as a center of innovation in global health.
Please respond to the survey by April 29 so that the University can meet the WGHA’s deadline. Specifically, the survey asks for:
- Name of program
- Area of expertise
- Program areas or topics
- Number of employees
- Geographic locations
- Partnerships
- Number of projects
- Project examples
We’ve kept the survey as brief as possible because the deadline is coming up so quickly. Your responses are crucial to helping us document the breadth and depth of all the global health work being done at the UW. If you have questions about this survey, please contact Laura Biggers at laurab27@uw.edu.
Thank you in advance for your time and participation.
Sincerely,
Dave Eaton Interim Vice Provost for Research |
