Eric Brewer, of UC Berkeley's CS Division and leader of the TIER group, will give a talk on ICTD (title/abstract will be sent out soon) in the Gates Commons on the 6th floor of the Allen Center on Monday, June 6 at 10:30.

Eric is one of the pioneers on the technology side of ICTD research, founder of the Federal Search Foundation, which built FirstGov (now USA.gov), the portal for the US government, and he was founder and Chief Scientist of Inktomi Corporation, now part of Yahoo!
